Generous and greedy cooking inspired by the soil (small baeckeoffe of snails, matelote à l'alsacienne...).

Located on a plateau, at an altitude of 700 m, in a green village surrounded by farms and meadows, this family-run establishment is worth a visit. Benjamin works alongside his father in the kitchen, he won first prize in the best duck foie gras competition in Alsace in 2018. His brother Maxime, officiates in the dining room, his advice in sommellerie is appreciated by customers. The restaurant with its muffled and contemporary tones is very welcoming, one feels good to have lunch or dinner with family or friends. The menu is very varied, you can choose between the small baeckeoffa of snails, the foie gras of duck in entry, the hazelnut of game resulting from the local hunting, the cake of monkfish and pike in dish and to finish a succulent dessert, the brie with the kirsch or the small vacherin glacé minute. The restaurant is distinguished by the Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide, by a Toque in the Gault et Millau guide and has obtained the label Chefs d'Alsace which promotes regional cuisine and seasonal products.
