We are a family of winegrowers who have lived in Saint-Hippolyte since 1620, in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards and at the foot of the Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg. We pay all our attention to preserving our natural spaces by taking care of biodiversity, in particular by reducing the use of pesticides as much as possible on our property. This is why we are certified by the high environmental value label. Passionate about botany, we maintain wild spaces and encourage the growth of a rare variety of orchid on one of our plots The vineyard is spread over the communes of Saint-Hippolyte, Rorschwihr and Scherwiller with their renowned terroirs. We use traditional winemaking techniques but have the most advanced production tools in the field.
