Access to the refuge is only by foot: 1h from Rimbach (Ermensbach), 2h from Rouge Gazon, 1h30 from the Oberbruck stadium, 3h from the Ballon d'Alsace. It is located on the edge of Lake Neuweiher, a glacial lake. A terrace is at your disposal at the edge of the lake. It is possible to sleep in dormitory or in room, residence in half-board.
