The big loop. From the Soufflenheim tourist information office, take a shady road through the forest to the hamlet of Koenigsbruck. Continue to Forstfeld, then Roppenheim. At the Renaissance church, take the direction of Neuhaeusel. As you pass through this village, you will see small houses, the traditional home of fishermen, and reach the Rhine via a road through the fields. Cross the last bridge over the Moder before it merges with the Rhine Follow the Rhine to Drusenheim, where forests, lakes, preserved natural areas, gravel pits in operation and, in the distance, one or other bell tower indicating the presence of a village will follow one another. From the Drusenheim ferry, go back to the centre of the town and then take the direction of Soufflenheim. The road leads you through the forest to reach Soufflenheim via its internationally renowned golf course.
