Domaine BORES Marie-Claire et Pierre

A small detour on the Alsace wine route, Domaine Borès nestles at the foot of the highest hill in the Vosges foothills: the Ungersberg. Here, the Schieferberg, a friable schist terroir, produces wines of character in its mille-feuilles of rock. This minerality, transmitted to the wine, coats the entire palate and develops with freshness, leaving a silky imprint. Independent winemakers Marie-Claire and Pierre, with their daughter Marion, work their 10 hectares of vines on slopes of up to 52% to produce wines that reflect their personality, and which they are proud to present to you.
