Madame CARRER Sylvie - Gite Balthazar

This charming gîte is located in the heart of Alsace in Kientzheim and very close to Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé or Colmar. On the ground floor, a linen room equipped with an ironing board, a washing machine and a dryer but also a room for your bikes or skis depending on the season. The first floor is composed of 4 bedrooms, one of which has 2 single beds that can be adapted as required. Two toilets, one of which is independent. On the second floor a living/dining room with exposed beams, a small quiet corner for reading as well as a small outside balcony and 2 deckchairs. A large fully equipped kitchen in an original green setting (refrigerator with fresh water dispenser, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, two coffee makers, one of which is Senséo, etc....).
