This family estate, created by Alexis Deffois in 1919, is run by the 4th generation of winegrowers.
The vineyard extends over 50 ha and is characterized by the diversity of its grape varieties. Château de Brossay offers the full range of Anjou wines, côteaux du Layon and fine bubbles such as Crémant de Loire and Saumur. The vineyard is cultivated using a reasoned approach to work in the vineyard and in the soil, as well as using grass cover that benefits both nature and the vines.
