Les Ambiani

Les Ambiani is a living archaeology re-enactment troupe. Made up of professional archaeologists and history buffs, they aim to demonstrate what life was like for the Gauls during the Gallic War (1st century BC and Gallo-Roman transition). On the site, on Wednesdays and weekends when the exhibition is open, you can watch demonstrations of handicraft workshops. Free admission. The Ambiani Découvertes association also offers "Le Sentier des Ambiani", a walking tour of the Somme valley from Amiens to the Baie de Somme. Duration: 4 days, 110 km!
