Ferme Pédagogique de l'Entzenbach

Built in 1873, the farm lies 700 m above sea level in the Entzenbach valley, through which flows a charming stream of the same name. The high-quality surroundings, with their natural meadows and coniferous and beech forests, are ideal for relaxing. The Leiser family, who own the property, will introduce you to their farm, its animals, its garden of bio-dynamic medicinal and aromatic plants, its small museum of local crafts (forge, woodwork...), beekeeping with its logs and the surrounding forest. Walking shoes are recommended, as it's a short 30-minute stroll to the farm from the Niederbruck church parking lot. During the visit, you can also enjoy a meal on site (reservation required), as the Entzenbach farm offers fleischnaka, Bargkass fondue, omelettes and farm bacon, or you can bring your own packed lunch!
