Fort Condé : Le sentier des défenses avancées

The trail of the advanced defences is mainly intended to make the onlookers discover the military construction elements composing the bastilled fortifications of Fort Condé; as well as the elements linking it to Charlemont, such as the caponier, the chemin de Russes, the pastures of the former glacis or the covered path connected to lunette 30 of Foisches. Information on the diversity of the fauna and flora, the history of the site, and the remarkable viewpoints offered on Givet and its surroundings, also embellish this trail.
