La Maison du Gros Chien

The building, dated 1629, is called "the Big Dog" probably in reference to a sign. It was bought at the end of the 17th century, and in 1726 became a Privileged Royal Cloth Factory. In its interior courtyard, accessible by the academy of exercises rue Berchet, you will discover the masks of the "cour des têtes" creating all the particularity of the architecture of this place.
