VILLAGE DE LARÉE

As evidenced by traces of foundations in the place called Glézia, the site was frequented from the Gallo-Roman era. Larée was built up little by little and continued to write its history over the centuries, the village became a bastide but its church was burnt down during the wars of religion. Larée is also the country of geese and ducks; it is a privileged place for nature lovers, hunters, fishermen and hikers.
