Since the departure of the monks in 2020, the Village of Francis has been bringing together vulnerable people, families and young volunteers. Come and taste this extraordinary experience, between self-giving and monastic heritage.
The Abbey has 13 standard single rooms, 2 superior single rooms with shower, 5 standard double rooms and 1 "apartment" (1 double room, 1 room with 2 children's beds, and 1 adjoining bathroom). Each room has a sink and spacious storage space. As a former monastery, the toilets and showers are shared on the landing. The abbey hotel offers stays with breakfast included, half board or full board. The hotel has a spacious and warm dining room where meals are served in common. It is possible to isolate yourself in an adjoining room if you wish to be more quiet. If you wish to have a meal at the Abbey without being in accommodation, think of reserving 48 hours in advance with the hotel. Finally, the village of François welcomes fragile people. To respect certain frailties, there is no service or consumption of alcohol on the premises.
