Located in the heart of a small mountain village at 1000 meters altitude, Auberge Les Spijeoles welcomes you in a unique setting and family atmosphere. In summer, hiking is within easy reach of the inn, in winter, the joys of snow! You will be able to take home and taste our culinary know-how through our canning factory of local products (Pétéram, Garbure, Axoa and Pistachio).

Specialties: pistachio; peteram; organic trout from Oô; sweetbreads; clafoutis with seasonal fruits; Norwegian omelette; crème brûlée. All desserts are homemade.
