The GAEC des Hounts was born in 1988 in Escanecrabe on the southern slopes facing the majestic Pyrenees.
It is in this Commingeois village, at the foot of the Pyrenees, that Matthieu, Christophe and Vincent raise their herd of more than 700 SAAEEN goats. These three associates do the vegetal production in order to feed the goats, the milk production, the transformation into cheese and the direct sale Production: cow and goat cheeses made from raw milk
