GÎTE AUX PLAISIRS DU CAGIRE

A floor having been built, about forty years ago, to make this house more comfortable with 2 independent bedrooms and a shower room. We then made a complete renovation of it to bring it up to the current standard, only 6 years ago (electricity, plumbing, double glazing, ...) The Main Room: Large room of 30 m² covering the whole ground floor This whole room has been renovated by making all the beams visible to keep the typical character of the local mountain house. A "Living room" corner A "Living Room" corner La Chambre CAGIRE: This 13 m² bedroom overlooks the small central alley of the hamlet. One bed 140 x 190 cm for 2 persons, a wardrobe to store a lot of clothes, a decorative fireplace completes this room, an umbrella bed is available in the wardrobe for small children (a second bed and a chair booster can be provided on request) An iron and an ironing board are also available in the wardrobe. Each bed comes complete with : A duvet and its cover, 2 pillows per person and their covers and the sheet underneath The PALOUMERE room: 12 m² room, at the top of the stairs, with a view to the east towards the GER valley and the Paloumère peak. It has a 140 x 200 cm bed for 2 persons, A 90 X 190 cm stork bed allowing a direct sleeping arrangement, plus an additional sleeping arrangement if necessary by pulling out a drawer, A wardrobe for storing your clothes. Shower room & Toilets of the Gite :At the top of the staircase leading to the first floor, a room has been fitted out to serve as a shower room and toilet area. Outdoor spaces At the entrance of the hamlet, a public car park allows the parking of vehicles and is used as a petanque area in the evening for the regulars of this game. As the hamlet of LAUBAGUE is at the end of a dead-end road, this car park is often used as a playground for children (badmiton rackets, petanque balls available in the cellar of the gîte). Below the gîte, a private area has been laid out with lawn. You can use it Garden furniture with 6 chairs and parasol, A barbecue to do your grilling, A foldable clothesline.
