This vacation rental for 8 people, adjoining the owners' house. 45km south of Toulouse, in the Lauragais region, with a lovely view of the Pyrenees on the south side and boulodrome, welcomes you in an environment conducive to rest and relaxation. Nailloux is 7km away (lake, village des marques, shops, restaurants, market), Auterive is 12km away (accrobranches park, canoeing, tool museum) and the Canal du Midi is 15km away (cycling, walking, boat cruises, UNESCO World Heritage site, Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage route), as is Saverdun (Ariège department). First floor: large, open-plan living room with kitchenette (3 induction hobs, fridge, pyrolysis oven, microwave, pod and filter coffee maker), utility room (baby chair and cot, raclette machine, fondue machine, crêpe party, beer machine, ice maker), dining room and lounge area. Storeroom, laundry room (tumble dryer, washing machine, freezer), cupboard, bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed) and shower room/WC with disabled access. Upstairs (reversible air-conditioning in each room): 3 bedrooms (1 x 160cm double bed) (1 x 16cm double bed) (2 x 90cm single beds), shower room, separate WC with washbasin. Large games room with board games, table soccer and TV. Terrace and private north-facing garden with children's play area: swing and slide, soccer pitch, ping-pong table and barbecue. Unheated indoor swimming pool, shared with owners, open from May 1 to October 31. Parking space for cars in front of the gîte. Internet access. Pets not allowed.
