For the past 4 years, Georges has been raising his 40 alpine goats on a small family farm, respecting nature and the well-being of the animals. The goats are fed with hay and the cheeses are produced in the traditional way, from the milk of his goats, from March to December
Georges will be happy to welcome you and to present his goat breeding. He will propose you to discover the making of his goat cheeses and to taste his famous "maguette". The sale takes place in his shop adjacent to the workshop but also in the markets of Fort Mahon, Hesdin and Rue.
