Living room (1 bed 90), kitchen (fridge/freezer), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), bathroom with WC. Oil-fired central heating included (except in summer), compulsory cleaning charge of ?40 to be paid on arrival. Additional options (sheet hire, etc.) to be paid on site. Private enclosed garden (120 m²). Access to a large shared wooded area (but no pets allowed). 1st category river fishing nearby and large lake 4 km away: all white fish and pike. TV . Dogs accepted with a supplement of 5?/day and a deposit of 180? CAT NOT ACCEPTED. Nearby cycle paths: including one linking Fort-Mahon and one linking Pas-de-Calais. Secure bicycle storage.
