We will welcome you on the spot this summer (times and days to be specified) to show you the orchard and vegetable garden with its vegetables grown using natural methods, under the fruit trees. We will be happy to discuss with you about the different techniques we have put into practice such as cultivation on mounds, mulching and biodynamics. Our main products are vegetables, apples, pears, apple and apple/pear juices as well as various jams and chestnut creams. Everything is home-made and our fruit juices are pressed on the spot with our own press. You will find our products on sale on the spot this summer but also on the Villefranche de Rouergue market all year round, on Thursday mornings in the market hall. Looking forward to meeting you !
