This forest is of remarkable heritage interest and covers 1000 hectares. You will be able to discover it thanks to the reading tables located all along the marked educational trail. You will be able to discover the 3-century-old "big oak" (5 metres high), located at the crossroads of the Baraque, and the remains of Gallo-Roman tombs (dolmen) 500 metres from the big oak, which have been excavated. The circuit is 5.4 km long and is suitable for families. This forest is partly managed by the National Forestry Office.
