Its classical architecture of the 17th and 18th centuries, its cachet, its view, make Château de Raray a must during your stay in the Oise!

Near the Halatte forest, hidden among the fields, the castle of Raray is worth a visit. After the discovery of the pretty village, you will be attracted by this castle and its hunting alley. A jewel of classical architecture from the 17th and 18th centuries, it was the setting for the film "Beauty and the Beast" by Jean Cocteau. From the Middle Ages to the Second Empire, the Lords of Raray increased the prestige of the seigneury and were close to great historical figures such as Henri IV and Marie de Médicis, Louis XIII and Napoleon. The estate now includes tree houses, a restaurant, a seminar room and a golf course.
