Description I make my knives entirely by hand. They are all personal models. The blades are mainly made of "carbon" steel for an excellent cutting quality and an easy maintenance of the edge. I also make them with blades in composite steel : sandwich (soft steel on the sides and hard steel in the heart), damascus (yarrow steel), and in sandwich-damascus (damascus sides and hard steel in the heart)... The handles are mainly made of local wood, from oak to acacia, holly, ash, juniper... Each model is unique, because I prefer to make custom-made products, taking the time to discuss with each customer his tastes and preferences.
