In the midst of this nature I have chosen to live as close to it as possible. I raise with passion a small herd of eight goats on a wooded area of a few hectares around the house, which gives a particular attraction to this environment. If you wish, I will be happy to share with you some moments in their company (however they are sufficiently parked and far away to avoid any nuisance). Here it is also the dream of the fishermen! Regulated by a dam 20 km upstream, the Viaur has the advantage of being a river with a stable flow all year long. It offers a varied and wild course and if the gorges are reserved rather for the confirmed and alert fishermen, the access is easier near the villages. The village of Pont de La Capelle Viaur is a central point. I will teach you some nice places ! If you like to walk, you can discover some hiking trails from the house, I will be happy to inform you! People with reduced mobility can also enjoy this place and take from the house a small pedestrian road that runs along the river and offers a very pleasant walk. The geographical situation of this place is also a central point to visit the area: - Rodez : the cathedral, the Soulage museum : 15 min - the Lake of Pareloup : swimming, water sports, fishing 10 min - Conques and Villefranche-de-Rouergue 45 min - Millau Viaduct, the Tarn Gorges 45 min - Aubrac plateau 1h - equestrian center of Bannes in its haven of greenery at 5 min And the room ? Entirely realized with ecological materials, it has a surface of 20 m² approximately. On the same level, it opens onto a large covered terrace and a garden; it offers an independent living space. And then...here no need of air conditioning, the freshness of the river guarantees you naturally very soft nights!
