LA CHOUETTE : Very nice stone house from the 18th century entirely renovated, in a village located at 1 hour from Paris. Very calm habitat, surrounded by flowered gardens. On the west side, private entrance through a flowered courtyard, with bench, garden table and chairs, deckchairs, barbecue. On the ground floor a large room, living room and fully equipped kitchen + shower room with toilet and sink + laundry room with washing machine, and a large bay window leading to the terrace on the east side for breakfast or lunch in the shade of the birch tree and view on the owners' large garden. On the second floor, the mezzanine is equipped with a convertible sofa in 160*200, an office with WIFI and a very nice master bedroom with a 160*200 bed and a bathroom with a large Italian shower, toilet and sink. The car parking is located in a private garden and our friends bikers can park in the courtyard.
