Since 1914, the Terrail family has been at the helm of this gastronomic institution, located on the Quai de la Tournelle. Once inside, guests take the private elevator to the mythical restaurant room on the sixth floor, which has a breathtaking view of the Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral. The menu features the famous duck in blood and the great classics sublimated by the starred chef. The cellar is reputed to be one of the most prestigious in Paris.
