Champagne Couvent-Lémery

The winegrower's name is Edmond, from a very young age he worked in the vineyards with his parents in the family vineyard which has been passed down for three generations. After obtaining his professional viticultural certificate at the age of 17, he joined the family business first as an employee and then as a manager. Sylviane, his wife, is not a local, "I've never seen a vine" ... She arrived in Trélou sur Marne in 1985 and was quickly taken in by the different work in the vineyard and the birth of their two daughters. But their dearest wish is to vinify their own vintages themselves. The adventure of Champagne Couvent-Lémery began in 1992. Visit of the farm, free tasting. Preferably by appointment.
