BRASSERIE WATTBEER

At the origin of this micro-brewery located in Carvin, two brothers Laurent and Jérémy who wanted to find themselves in a common activity. Brewing beer came naturally to them. And the name of the brewery is both a wink to the music they are fans of but also to the energy they wanted to put in the brewing of their beer. To brew, they recovered and restored tanks destined for destruction. It is the soul of these thirty year old tanks that give the brewery its specific identity. The Wattbeer microbrewery is 100% artisanal and favors short circuits, local production and raw materials from organic agriculture. With the desire to make a healthy product, their beer "la Drache" is created in 2019 and already reveals four different recipes: blonde, amber, triple, spring. Why baptize their beer the Drache (name that the inhabitants of Hauts-de-France give to a rain shower)? When our 3 brewers, who do not lack humor, tasted their first batch they had the "feeling of having taken a good drache".
