On the edge of the forest of Retz, a few kilometres from Crépy-en-Valois, the manor house stands out on the hill behind the high walls surrounding its gardens. It is characteristic of the farmhouses built in the Valois and Soissonnais regions at the end of the Middle Ages and the beginning of the Renaissance. 7 enclosed Renaissance-inspired gardens, composed of green rooms and representing the 7 days of creation. Amongst others, there is a flowered vegetable garden, a lawn bowls, rose arches, a fruit orchard, ponds.
