L'Auberge du Chat perché

To push the door of the Auberge du Chat Perché is to come and share a moment of gastronomy out of time. The cuisine combines local products and creativity. Whether you are a lover of good meat or a gluten-free vegetarian, the chef Laetitia, brings together all sensibilities around the gourmet. The old sheepfold made of vaults is equipped with a large open fireplace where we cook with wood fire and where we sometimes crackle the flambadou.
