Visite-dégustation Aromatiques du Larzac

From our Larzac aromatic plant crops (thyme, rosemary, lavender, rose, sage, oregano, mint, lemon balm...) and our wild fruit harvests on the Causses (juniper, gratte-cul, plums, sloes...), we produce aperitifs (Pastis des Homs, Églantine des Causses, Gentiane, Dél Délégation coing, Gin du Causse - the latest addition to our range...), eaux de vie (spirits) and aperitifs.), we produce aperitifs (Pastis des Homs, Églantine des Causses, Gentiane, Délice de coing, Gin du Causse the new 2024), eaux de vie (gratte-cul, prune, prunelle), herbal vinegars, herbal salts, herbal sachets and herbal cushions. Every Friday at 4pm from mid-July to mid-August, come and visit our farm and taste our products (allow 2h30 - booking recommended).
