The Théâtre de Fos is located in the Centre Culturel Marcel Pagnol (CCMP), on the parvis des Droits de l'Homme next to the Town Hall.
With its 632 seats, the hall benefits from high-performance technical equipment and one of the largest stages in the PACA region. Its access is facilitated by numerous free car parks. The Théâtre de Fos offers innovative forms, contemporary authors, classical texts and gives you the opportunity to discover all the genres that make up today's performing arts. Its geographical position, at the heart of one of the largest industrial zones in Europe, implies a real collaboration with the historical partners (Works Councils of the companies). Its Young Audience/Family identity can be identified by a family programme that was boldly initiated when the Cultural Centre was created over twenty-five years ago. The welcome is warm. We always take pleasure in sharing our impressions and emotions after the shows over a drink and cupcakes. The "funny time of syrups and sandwiches" after the Young Audience shows has become an unmissable event and well appreciated by children ... and parents! As a venue for the performing arts, the Théâtre de Fos is also committed to remaining a place where the practice of amateur theatre is possible, where cultural and awareness-raising actions facilitate access to works, where companies are encouraged by supporting their creations... A convivial place, a theatre open to all and for all.
