The goats are fed all year round in the field. This method requires daily outings of 5 to 6 hours. Thus, the animals find their food in the hills on the slopes of the Sainte Baume. It is the diversity of the ingested flora, as well as the rusticity of the animals that give this cheese its inimitable taste, a reflection of the terroir of our Provence.
