Located in the heart of the village of Cassis, La Maison de Jo&Gaby, wine bar, tapas bar and delicatessen will welcome you in a simple and friendly manner. Each reference is chosen with the love of good taste, the experience of the 2 cellarmen or even the suggestions of the customers, which allows it to evolve constantly, according to the Vintages, among others. All the wines have been tasted blind. All the domains of Cassis are represented. The House of Jo& Gaby will also offer you to taste its real pata negra, cut in the purest tradition, with a knife, following as closely as possible the bone of the ham. A long process but one that allows the flavour to remain intact. Our Iberian ham comes from the region of Huelva, more precisely from the village of Rabugo, in the south west of Spain. It is matured for at least 3 years and is characterized by its hazelnut and chestnut aromas. The animal has only fed on acorns. In addition, you will be offered plates of cold cuts; Pata Negra, Lomo, chorizo, white ham with truffle, or cheese, all on the spot or by delivery.
