For 3 days, gastronomy, celebration, sharing and conviviality will be at the heart of the 12th edition of the Vendanges Etoilées. Starred chefs, renowned chefs, MOF, producers and craftsmen will all be present to share exceptional moments with the public!
This not-to-be-missed event is the ideal place to meet ideal place to meet and exchange ideas with with the major players in the world of gastronomy. dedicated to epicureans! A firework display of flavour and talent! 50 chefs with remarkable backgrounds will be sharing their passion and expertise in culinary culinary demonstrations! Their sweet and savoury creations will delight young and old gourmets alike. and gourmets alike. (admission free) They'll also be passing on their recipes and culinary skills in cooking and pastry-making classes. (fee payable on reservation). 40 producers and craftspeople will be on hand at the two Producers' and Craftsmen's Markets to showcase their products: honey, foie gras, biscuits, caviar, truffles, mature cheeses, spices, syrups, olives, sausages, terrines.... And let's not forget this year's sporting event, La Pétanque des Chefs organised in partnership with the "Boule de Cassis" association!
