A great course for progressing, both in terms of distance and technique.
A bit of preparation and technique are useful to tackle this trail route. The first 12 km will not leave you much respite if you adopt a sustained rhythm, like long strides. The end will be more quiet. But as always here, the landscape, the fragrant vegetation and the sun make this experience very pleasant.
