This gîte, at the bottom of a valley, surrounded by fields, awaits you for a stay in the green (many fruit trees are present on the hectare of land: quince, cherry...), calm and rest are guaranteed. You can enjoy sailing, rowing, fishing (private pond with carp) and hiking in the surrounding area (starting from the gîte). Don't forget to say hello to our two donkeys, Emon and Amandine! Between Toulouse (26km to the east, 20mns from the Balma-Gramont metro station), Albi (58km) and Carcassonne (100km), you'll discover the richness of our region. Château de Bonrepos-Riquet 6km away. Natura Game tree-climbing park 12km away, as well as an equestrian center. Buzet-sur-Tarn forest and golf course 15km away. Calicéo fitness and wellness center 20km away. First floor: entrance into living room (wood-burning stove) with dining area and fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee maker, 4 gas rings), laundry room (washing machine with dryer), down two steps to shower room with WC. Upstairs: large living room (sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, HI FI radio, 140cm extra bed), large bedroom with 1 x 160cm double bed and 2 x 90cm single beds, separated by a children's play area.
