Large green spaces, lovely wooded park with garden and relaxation lounges, children's playground and fenced lake 300m from the gîte. Carport, barbecue. All-inclusive stay (excluding cleaning). No pets allowed. Just 300 m from the gîte: various activities such as pedal-boating, fishing, walking and relaxing among the goats. All for the exclusive use of gîte guests. Canal du Midi, Cité de l'espace, bastides, Village des marques in Nailloux, Vélo rail du Lauragais, Lac de la Thésauque with Waterjump and Aquaparc nearby (summer period) and freeway exit less than 10mns away by car. Single-storey 170 m2 gîte: entrance hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom (2-person 160cm bed accessible to people with reduced mobility) with private shower room and WC, children's playroom/library, laundry room, 2 bedrooms (1-person 160cm bed) + (1-person 140cm bed and 1-person 90cm bed), shower room and separate WC. Outdoor games for children. Fishing and pedal-boating (life jackets provided) in the owners' lake below the gîte. There are two year-round rentals on the property, separated from the gîte by large farm buildings. Please note: the gîte is not suitable for companies.
