Parking on the square or in the reserved parking lot next to the house. Easy access via a few steps. - First floor: 2 bedrooms: one with 1 140cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds, where the thick walls will keep cool in summer. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. 1 separate toilet with washbasin. - Upstairs: large, bright living room with sitting area, fireplace and wifi access. Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining room opening onto a large south-facing balcony via large picture windows. Air-conditioning upstairs (reversible).
