The gîte is located in Noé, 38km south-west of Toulouse and 3km from the Garonne river (ViaGarona hiking trail between Toulouse and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges). Carbonne and its Source Wake Park are 10km away, one of France's most beautiful detours, Rieux-Volvestre, is 15km, as is the Lac de baignade des Bonnets in Muret. The Noé-Longages train station is a 25-minute walk away (2km). Shops and restaurants are in the village of Noé, 1km away. There's a private outdoor swimming pool, bowling green and enclosed garden. House on 3 levels with 7 bedrooms and 7 beds: - first floor: vestibule/living area with fireplace (insert), kitchen, large living room, orangery opening onto the boiler/laundry room, 2 bedrooms each with a 160cm double bed and private shower room. Third bedroom accessible from outside (2 twin 90cm single beds, shower room and WC). - second floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160cm double bed, private shower room, shared WC and 1 bedroom with a 160cm double bed and full shower room. - second floor (slightly steep staircase): pigeonnier bedroom with beautiful roof frame (2 twin 90cm single beds and small en-suite shower room). Gas-fired central heating. Small gîte in an outbuilding on the same property and reception room (weddings and seminars) for 200 people. Close to freeway (noise on windy days).
