The oratory Saint Gens is located in a vineyard on the right when you arrive in Eyguières by Orgon (Private Property). Saint Gens was a young ploughman from Monteux, at the beginning of the 11th century he retired to the Bausset gorge near Vaucluse to live there as a hermit. Tradition tells us that he made 2 springs spring up by planting 2 fingers in a rock, one of water and one of wine.
