On a surface of 100 hectares, we sow, harvest and transform our organic cereals and oleaginous plants in the Lauragais Our organic flours are ground on a stone millstone from cereals (ancient wheat, small spelt on Montbrun Lauragais and buckwheat grown on Saubens). We press our organic virgin oils (first cold pressing of sunflower, camelina and flax) and make our organic pasta on the farm from durum wheat semolina, poulard wheat, buckwheat flour and small spelt. Finally, we harvest organic legumes (chickpeas, green and pink lentils?). Biograneta is a farm on a human scale: from our fields to your kitchen!
