ASSOCIATION ATOUT FRUIT

Atout Fruit is an association of enthusiasts of fruit trees and traditional orchards, the diversity of species and varieties and a multitude of flavours in a preserved landscape. The production of jams, jellies and juices enhances the value of the fruits harvested by the volunteers of the association and processed in the workshop of the Jardins de la Haute Vallée Roadside products on the edge of the wild - Taste+. Rosehip and elderflower jams with 55% mini sugar but azeroles (hawthorn family) delight with 72g of fruit per 100gr: keep the fruit's fragrance and acidulous taste.
