Château Cicéron, a privileged setting in the heart of nature! In this domain with a breathtaking view of the Alaric river, you can stay in guest rooms or gîte but also enjoy a commented tasting of the wines of the domain (AOC Corbières and IGP Pays d'Oc) in the cellar or on the beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the garden. The 10 hectares that make up the surroundings of the Domaine are designed as an experimental garden: the choice of grape varieties and rootstocks has been made according to the logic of the soil and climate, for the best combination of terroir and grape variety. This experimental vineyard is to be discovered during commented visits, followed by a tasting with direct sale of the products (wine and olive oil) at the cellar. To organize your events, kitchen and seminar room are at your disposal on reservation. Open by appointment from mid-October to April.
