LES MAÎTRES DE MON MOULIN - LE MOULIN D'OMER

The Moulin d'Omer overlooks the village of Cucugnan. It was restored in 2003 and put back into operation in 2006. Les Maîtres de mon Moulin is an ecosystem founded around ancient wheat grown according to 100% natural principles by our partner farmers. These ancient wheats are then transformed into flours freshly milled in Cucugnan and used in our pastry-making workshop, artisanal pasta-making or in our bakery to make sourdough bread baked in a wood-fired oven, shortbread cookies and other delicacies...
