PARC DU CHATEAU DE THILLOMBOIS

13th century castle, enlarged and embellished in 1825 and 1873, remains of a square tower and the central body, parts of the 16th and 17th centuries, terraces with balustrades. Very beautiful and majestic architectural ensemble, English-style park, long meadow, embellished with a stream, lining the bottom of the valley and forming a wide perspective in the middle of the woods. In the first part of the park, many rare species have been gradually reintroduced since 1993. The second part is wilder and is home to a herd of fallow deer. Park registered in the supplementary inventory of Historic Monuments. The 43-hectare park is open to the public from April to October, except when the castle is used for events and rentals.
