Our artisanal recipes require no coloring, flavoring or other unnecessary additives. Air, yes, but just the minimum required for creaminess: buy only the essentials. Natural ingredients, locally sourced where possible, produced in a short supply chain. Sales at the farm by appointment only (ideally the day before), or at our partners? farmers? markets.
