Next to the lake of Madine, this independent studio gîte in the old bread oven of the property, labelled 2 keys CléVacances and "Valeurs parc naturel régional". Access on the same level from the common courtyard. Living room, equipped kitchenette, shower room/WC. Access by ladder to the sleeping area under the roof (1 bed 180x200 or 2 x 90 x200). Internet access. Electric heating, all charges included. Sheets, towels and for the beginning of your stay the first non-food consumables are provided, bed made on arrival. At the back and on 4000m², enclosed and planted with trees, there is a petanque court, garden furniture, a car park and our swimming pool, open and heated in season (not in winter). We are located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Lorraine, the lake of Madine and its numerous activities (sailing, fishing, horse riding, golf ...) is 3 km away. The location of the gîte, in the centre of the triangle formed by the towns of Verdun, Metz and Nancy, makes it an ideal starting point for visiting our region.
