France > Grand Est > Meurthe-et-Moselle > 54000 > Nancy > 30 Grande Rue

A pavement dated "1477" recalls the battle of Nancy and marks the location of the house in which the body of Charles the Bold, Duke of Burgundy, killed in front of Nancy on 5 January 1477, was laid. The Cross of Lorraine, also visible, has become a symbol of resistance since this event.
