STREET ART - GIULIA

ADN - Art Dans Nancy, the city of Nancy invites you to stroll through its streets and squares in an urban journey of artistic discovery. More than thirty works in the street. From the old town to the Place des Vosges, but also from the Place Simone Veil to the Porte Sainte-Catherine, art is everywhere multiple and comes to punctuate our daily life. The famous English portraitist David Walker creates here a monumental fresco (one of the largest he has ever painted in France) where the explosion of colours and the layers of spray paint weave a richly feminine portrait, verging on hyperrealism. "Giulia" has become an emblematic work of the Nancy urban artistic landscape. A project initiated by the Mathgoth Gallery with the support of the City of Nancy and the CCAS.
